India has a large pool of scientists in various areas of expertise, but most R&D work currently being done has been contracted R&D with little room for experimentation. We will dedicate a portion of our revenues to create a crucible for entrepreneurial scientific pursuit – akin to IT incubation centers; for which the benefit of R&D and breakthrough would accrue to Tesoro Group.
