The founders have been involved in real estate development for a couple of decades and have built a reputation of delivering on time and on the money. Current projects in various stages of development constitute about US$ 100 million. Although several companies currently not on the fold of Tesoro Group carry this out, these would be acquired, restructured to operate with corporate standards and will be nurtured and funded suitably equipping them to pursue larger, infrastructural contracts as against the current activity of commercial and residential projects.
